MACM: Meta Commerce - Grace Theological Seminary

Train For Your Calling to Ministry

You don’t have to become a pastor to know God is calling you deeper into ministry. Maybe you’re already serving your church in a support role and want real theological grounding to go with it. Maybe you’re not ready for a full three-year M.Div., but “I’ll just figure it out” doesn’t feel like enough anymore either.

You shouldn’t have to choose between going deeper and staying realistic about your life.

Here’s how the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry works:

  1. Choose your focus. Pick from concentrations in local church ministry, intercultural studies, chaplaincy, women’s leadership, or worship leadership, built around where you’re already serving.
  2. Build a real foundation. Study Bible, theology, and practical ministry skills like pastoral counseling and spiritual formation, taught with the same academic depth as our M.Div.
  3. Put it to work immediately. Graduate with theological training that actually shows up in how you lead, counsel, and serve, not just what you know.

Grace’s MACM is a 48-credit-hour program, typically completed in about 2 years full-time or 3 years part-time. It’s built for people who want deeper training without committing to a full M.Div.

Don’t let “not quite a pastor” be the reason you stay untrained for the ministry God’s already put in front of you.

Apply today, and you’ll be entered to win a book from one of our own professors, Dr. Matt Harmon, as one more resource to equip you for what’s ahead.
