Karla L. McGehee
Karla McGehee serves as the Associate Provost at Grace College and Seminary. She is also the ATS Accreditation Liaison and the Director of Assessment and Accreditation at Grace Theological Seminary. Additionally, Dr. McGehee serves as an Associate Professor at the School of Ministry Studies. She teaches three core undergraduate courses and focuses on leadership, discipleship, spiritual formation, and Christian education at the Seminary level (master’s level and Deploy, our competency-based theological education program). Dr. McGehee is committed to helping to create an environment where faculty, staff, and students thrive. She is passionate about investing in the next generation in ways that guide them toward a deeper walk with God and strengthens their effectiveness in ministry. Dr. McGehee has been a professor in Christian higher education since January 2011.
Dr. Karla McGehee’s most recent scholarship includes a peer-reviewed article entitled “Re-tooling: Building a Bridge to Today’s Student,” published by Jossey-Bass in their special edition of New Directors for Teaching and Learning (2023).
