Doctor of Ministry Online, Ministry Leadership
The Doctor of Ministry in Ministry Leadership (online) is intended for students who desire to increase their competency in the practice of ministry leadership.
Students will learn how to execute a biblical and organizational analysis of the leadership and growth needs of ministries and assess and implement changes. Special attention will be given to providing advanced strategic equipping in hiring, positioning, training, overseeing, mentoring, and coaching ministry professionals.
Being a lifelong learner should be a high priority for every pastor who wants to grow personally and stay relevant in ministry. The Doctor of Ministry degree is an advanced professional degree program designed for the continuing development of those involved in pastoral ministry.
This program is designed to enhance professional competence by expanding upon an initial foundation of theological studies and ministry experience, to enable those in vocational ministry to enhance current strengths, address areas of weakness, and increase overall effectiveness. Online DMIN Concentrations include a total of eight seminars taken in a fully online format, plus a final doctoral project.

Course Overview
A biblical and organizational analysis of the leadership and growth needs of ministries, resulting in the development of a discipleship-based strategy for sustainable outreach, evangelism, and leadership production.
An examination of advantages and disadvantages of pastoring an established church; how to assess and implement changes for continuing progress in growth and ministry.
A biblical and theological overview of ministry leadership as it pertains to coordinating the work of the ministry through volunteer and paid ministry staff.
The goal of the course is to increase a speaker’s ability to develop messages which are: True to the biblical text; Clear and well-organized; Interesting to listen to; Specifically relevant to the listener’s needs.

Entry Requirements
To be eligible for consideration in the Doctor of Ministry programs, the applicant must have a Master of Arts (3.0 GPA) or a Master of Divinity degree, and have at least three years of full time professional or ministry experience.
