Pastoring as a Student

The pastor’s role is a complicated one. It is not a job for the faint of heart, nor is it a wise path to pursue without proper education and training. However, life in ministry is rarely a clear-cut experience, and comes with its share of difficulty and uncertainty. This is certainly true for those who pursue a theological education while actively pastoring a congregation. In today’s episode of the Grace Seminary Podcast, Dr. Freddy Cardoza interviews four such student-pastors pursuing a D.Min degree to increase their knowledge and understanding while they continue in their respective ministries.
