Bring Deploy To Your Ministry

Churches stand in constant need of developing competent and credentialed leaders. In the past, this required ministries to send their best and brightest away to seminary for several years of off-site education.

Grace Seminary’s Deploy program changed all that. Deploy gives you the tools you need to train current and future ministers in your leadership development pipeline.

At Grace Seminary, we believe God has called churches to identify and train leaders. Grace exists to serve and resource local congregations. We do this by partnering with churches and ministry agencies to offer seminary degrees through a combination of online and on-site training at your ministry through the Deploy program.

By partnering with our Deploy program, your staff and lay people can remain in their current communities and ministries while receiving fully-accredited graduate theological training while being mentored by key leaders in your context. You shape the DNA of your leaders through competency-based training, as we help educate and equip them for a lifetime of faithful ministry.

In Deploy, Grace Seminary provides online courses where qualified professors serve as academic mentors for each Deploy student. Meanwhile, all Deploy students must participate in active service opportunities within the local church where they document, dialogue, and deconstruct their real-life training experiences with an approved and experienced ministry mentor. This happens while those same students receive personalized spiritual direction and coaching from a formation mentor, resulting in students sharpening discipleship and interpersonal skills, all while leading others, teaching, speaking, and serving.
